Spices add flavor, taste and appetite, Spices make life spicy.
Garlic and onions invite you from furlongs sending their stimulating aroma, especially when fried. A day without onions is a day of mourning for many. Such is the captivation of these nervous perks.
Every spicing makes you eat more and more. Without such spices we cannot eat 1/3 the amount. What happening to the extra food? It is making you excited physically, mentally and does to alcohol. Your nerves are put on a high state of tension and pleasure-just like what alcoholics.
No person who is on alcohol knows that he is excited and talking and doing things without awareness. He thinks that he is alright while others notice the mess he creates.

People eating spices, meat and cooked food lose a large portion of their longevity and much of the inner joy of life while living. Spices are the demons-calling you, enticing you, captivating you, making you their slaves and destroying your real silent happiness. Beware of spices. Over eating and then using ginger to quench the acidity is not the solution. Modern man wants to keep his gluttony and take medicines to overcome the uncomfortable results of his gluttony. Foolish! But it is hardly recognized by the stimulated spice addict. His senses, perception and logics are all perverted.
Cancer, blood pressure, diabetes, ulcers, arthritis etc. are some of the diseases he enjoys as a result of gluttony, mainly caused by spices and cooked food.
Beware of all spices and nervous stimulants like chillies, onions, garlic, coffee, tea, cigarettes,etc. Everyone of them is poison in its own way.
