1. Give pediasure or complan which will help to increase height and weight if he or she is a picky eater.
2.Give only 2% milk. Give healthy food which help to gain weight. Give food which having high calories.
3. Do not avoid high amount of nutrients food.
4. Give highly nutrient food like fresh fruits and vegetables. eg: strawberry, chicken breast,full fat milk, brown rice, honey
5.Give energy dense food like nuts, seeds,avocados, pastas, dried fruit, fresh juices etc.
6. Give cheese with fruits and vegetables. Give peanut butter with apples and celery.
7.Give snacks, sandwiches with cheese.
8. Give butter, fruit jam, butter, nutella, butter etc.
9.Give mayonnaise, ketchup etc.
10.Breakfast is essential for a healthy life.
11.Prepare morning and evening snacks with healthy drink to school.
12. Make cake, vanila ice cream with nuts, berries, frozen banana in chocolate, couple of cookies with milk.
13. Tell him to sleep properly.

1.Arrange husband tooth brush with paste in the morning and kept neatly in bathroom shelf and arrange a neat towel.
2.Prepare his favorite coffee and breakfast in the morning.
3.Arrange newspaper on the table where he is used to sit and read.
4.Give him a kiss before he go to office and tell him you will miss him a lot.
5.Call him after lunch and once in the evening to know whether he took food properly or not. Always talk with him about the good things about kids or some news that he likes.
6. Don't tell him to buy groceries on the way.
7.Try to do shopping alone.
8.Prepare his favorite dinner and tell him you missed him in the whole day.
9.Tell children to spend the time with daddy also. So he become relax.
10.Don't compare husband with another man.
11.Don't harass him.
12.Try to adjust him because both are from a different family.
13.Before u tell something wrong, just think how he feel when he hear that words.
14.Never compel him to buy something
15.Don't criticize him in public.
16.If he tired or depressed understand him and behave with him in that sense.

3. Kids like to study in a play way. So teach him whatever he need in a play mode.
4.Approach him always in a happy face
5.Always calm infront of him.
6.Don't enforce rules and limits.
7. Limit media which consists aggressive cartoons and programs.
8.Make a rule in home that aggressive behavior is bad.
9. Don't angry in front of him.

Yoga is derived from the sankrit word “yuj”. Yuj meaning is to integrate. It is originated around 5000 years before. It is mainly concentrate about the breathing technique and control  the body and mind. Different yoga posture and meditations are there.

Sri Sri Yoga 
It is a 10 hours work and can work 3-5 days, It is a joyful activity, in this case unite body and mind together. Students can easily study from home practice. It can easily use the beginners also very easily. The man can cure different disease like insomnia, diabetes, hypertension, asthma and migraine by this.

Every one can do Yoga.
If u lesson a baby, we can see baby doing deferent yoga postures in a day. It is for strengthen the spine and the bones. Similarly Yoga gives same effect in daily life of a man. It is like a cycling. It can reduce the weight. So it can be good for house wives, students and also kids. It improve the quality of life of a man

Ayurveda
Ayurveda is an ancient science which is originated in ancient India. The medicines inside the theory are the natural substances. It gives a guide to improve the healthy lifestyle of a man. Ayurveda with yoga improves man health a lot.

Breathing technique and Meditation

The human body consist of various organs and parts which in turn consist of tissues and cells. These tissues and cells consist of 16 chemical elements. The balance of these chemical elements in the body is very vital for maintaining good health. This is known as the acid-alkaline balance. All foods, after their absorption in the body, leave behind either an acidic or an alkaline residue. The normal body chemistry is approximately 20% acidic and 80% alkaline. This is the acid-alkaline balance for optimum health and well being. Whenever the alkalinity of the lood reduces even slightly acids start accumulating in the tissues. This condition is known as acidosis or hypo-alkalinity of blood. Most diseases including indigestion, headache, nervous disorders, rheumatism, blood pressure, skin disorders etc. are because of acidosis.

Every spicing makes you eat more and more. Without such spices we cannot eat 1/3 the amount. What happening to the extra food? It is making you excited physically, mentally and does to alcohol. Your nerves are put on a high state of tension and pleasure-just like what alcoholics.

No person who is on alcohol knows that he is excited and talking and doing things without awareness. He thinks that he is alright while others notice the mess he creates.

Eating spices has a similar effect-in a milder form spices enhance lust, anger, greed, covetousness etc. These, enhanced aggravations are accepted as normal human traits and everyone condones them. The entire work of social reformers is to set right the society ruined by such emotions which are set free by spices.

A drug addict lives for a short period. An alcoholic lives a little longer. People eating spices, meat and cooked food lose a large portion of their longevity and much of the inner joy of life while living. Spices are the demons-calling you, enticing you, captivating you, making you their slaves and destroying your real silent happiness. Beware of spices. Over eating and then using ginger to quench the acidity is not the solution. Modern man wants to keep his gluttony and take medicines to overcome the uncomfortable results of his gluttony. Foolish! But it is hardly recognized by the stimulated spice addict. His senses, perception and logics are all perverted.

Cancer, blood pressure, diabetes, ulcers, arthritis etc. are some of the diseases he enjoys as a result of gluttony, mainly caused by spices and cooked food.

Beware of all spices and nervous stimulants like chillies, onions, garlic, coffee, tea, cigarettes,etc. Everyone of them is poison in its own way.

When you eat natural food you will discover its natural taste and sweetness.

1. Chew the food very well. More than half of carbohydrates are digested in the mouth itself. The saying goes
"Eat the liquid and drink the solids."

2. About one-third of the raw food must comprise of nuts and sprouts. These will provide sufficient calories and oil necessary for good health.

3. It is a false belief that tomato and cucumber are sufficient as raw food. Other fruits, vegetables, green nuts and sprouts should be included, or else one will feel weak and hungry.

4. The body will naturally adjust its weight according to its requirements. With raw food, obesity can be greatly reduced. At the same time, those who are underweight can even gain weight. Dry fruits help to put on weight eg. black raisins soaked over-night and eaten in the morning along with the water helps one to gain weight.

HOW TO REDUCE WEIGHT EASILY?


1.  Drink at least 2.5 liter water per day
2.  Make a habit to walk everyday in the morning before taking food. It is good to walk at least 1 km per     day.
3.  Avoid maximum chocolates, sweets and food containing sweets
4. When we feel very hungry, avoid eating too much food. Only eat something less.
5. When wake up in the morning, take a glass of hot water and add two teaspoon of honey and drink it. Take it as a habit and drink in the morning before food.
6. Avoid eating while cooking.
7. Drink lemon water if u have a think about sweets.
8. Say bye to sugar.
9. If you are a rice lover, prepare rice in more water and throw the excess water.
10.Use staircase instead of lift. It is good we use ten times at least in a day.
11.Dancing is a very good method to loose weight.
12.Make swimming is a habit.
13.Try to avoid starchy food as possible.
14.Try to do exercise at least one hour a day
15.Try to avoid eating after 6 p.m

When a course of raw vegetable and fruit juice is commenced, some physical disturbance may arise. This is the result of a cleansing process taking places in the system. The juices extracted from green vegetables are generally too potent to be taken alone, so dilute all green juices with an equal amount of water or combine them with other juices.
